The 14-day launch calendar
One row per post.
By Raunak Singh Bhogal. Published 18 September 2026, updated 26 September 2026.
The short version
One row per post. Write the asset and the caption idea before day 14, not on the day.
Tease the shape
A crop, a silhouette, a colour. No name, no product. Give people a question, not an answer.
One post. Do not explain it.
Name the problem
The thing your product fixes, stated flat. No product yet. The people who nod are your launch-day buyers.
Write it the way a customer would say it.
The reveal
The hero film. Product, name, date. This is the post you put money behind.
Ten to fifteen seconds. Works with the sound off.
What is inside
Specs, ingredients, features. The careful buyer has questions now. Answer them before they ask.
A carousel, one fact per slide.
The proof
A tester's reaction, a lab result, a behind-the-scenes. Anything that says this is real and it is good.
Someone else's words beat yours.
The offer
Price, where to buy, what early buyers get. Make tomorrow easy.
Link in bio updated today, not tomorrow.
Launch, then again
Launch-day post in the morning. A reminder on day three with the first customer reactions. One post rarely does the whole job.
Plan the day-three post before launch day.
Ready before day 14
- Hero film, vertical, square and wide
- Listing images live on every marketplace
- Landing or product page matches the film
- Link in bio and store links tested
- Three ad hooks cut from the hero film
Why two weeks
A launch is a sequence. One post cannot tease, explain, prove and sell at once. Seven posts can.
What you get
- The seven posts
- Ready before day 14
- Why two weeks
Free. PDF.
