The listing image checklist

Seven images in the order a buyer needs them, for Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto and your own store. Check each marketplace's current size and background rules before you upload.

The pack, front on, on a clean white ground, filling the frame. It is the only image most people ever see, so it has to read at thumbnail size.

Test it at 100 pixels wide. If the name vanishes, fix the crop.

In a hand, in a bag, next to a glass. Online, nobody knows if it is 50 ml or 500 ml until you show them.

A wrong-size surprise is a return waiting to happen.

One line of big type on the image. The single reason to buy, not five. People read an image before they read the title.

Six words or fewer.

Ingredients, specs or contents as a clean graphic. This is where the careful buyer decides.

Group into three or four facts. Never a wall of text.

The product doing its job in a real setting. This image sells the feeling, the others sell the facts.

One setting that matches your buyer, not a stock kitchen.

Lab tested, certified, made in India, rated 4.6. Whatever you can honestly claim, as badges on one image.

Only claims you can back. Marketplaces can remove listings for false ones.

The other flavours, sizes or colours. The last image should sell the second product.

Same layout for every product, so the range looks like a family.
