The business
Ethereal Healthcare is a medical-travel coordinator founded in Delhi NCR in 2025 by Ruchi Mathur. It guides patients from Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Zanzibar and Ethiopia to partner hospitals in Delhi.
The problem
A trust business with no owned presence. Patients decide from another continent, on a phone, often over WhatsApp. The site had to make a new company feel established and make the first message effortless.
The idea
Lead with reassurance, not services. A single clear promise in the hero and proof immediately below it: patients guided, partner hospital groups, countries served, named hospital partners. A four-step process so the journey feels handled. WhatsApp as the primary call to action on every screen.
How it was made
Designed and built as a live site: hero, proof strip, partner logos, four-step process, specialities grid, patient stories, founder story, contact. A clinical blue-and-red palette, mobile-first for a phone-based audience. Built with Picante's code-first web workflow and hosted on Cloudflare.
Outcome
The company's owned front door, built to convert a first WhatsApp message.
