The business

Picante Park is an invented 12-level residential development: a five-floor podium, then stepped, planted terraces with a continuous lime balcony rail. A concept for real-estate developers.

The brief we set

Real-estate launch films are either renders on a slow pan or drone shots of a site that does not exist yet. Could one film show the building being born from its own drawing?

The idea

A living blueprint. The section drawing tilts off the cobalt paper into space and the tower builds itself floor by floor, the lime rail igniting each terrace, while the paper develops into sky like a cyanotype. One unbroken camera move, two locked layers, one geometry.

How it was made

The start frame was generated as a vector CAD section in the Picante palette, then a single 10-second generation from a timestamped beat sheet with a sound block. Two versions; the second was kept because every terrace carries the rail and the lockup lands cleanly.

What it shows

A launch film a developer can have before the ground is broken, made from the drawings they already own.
