Convo AI film: one week

The business

QCSTech is a SaaS company. Convo AI is its conversational AI assistant for customer engagement, sold as voice or chat, on-premise or pay-as-you-go. Its document-management tool takes a file from first draft through collaboration to e-sign and audit.

The problem

Convo AI was a new product with a written script and no visual language. It needed a film that could carry a trade-show screen and a social feed without a presenter, and it needed it in a week.

The second brief was harder to say simply: explain a six-step workflow product so a prospect grasps it in under a minute.

The idea

For Convo AI, the product's own interface is the set. Soft gradient worlds in the client's violet, floating feature chips, a phone-frame demo, and a headline pace that reads at conference distance. No stock footage, no dependence on a voice-over.

For document management, a process film: each step is a pill on a track, the interface appears as a laptop-frame demo where it matters, and the pain lines land as single typographic beats on dark. One live-action insert at the pace change, so the film breathes.

How it was made

Storyboard from the supplied script, motion design in 4K, two revision rounds. The second film was built in the same production system as the first, so the two cut together as a set.

Outcome

Both films were screened at conferences and summits worldwide and published on QCSTech's own channels. The client reported a strong response, came back for the second film, and later referred QED Vault to the studio.
